Safety to Sorrento is a 24km ultra marathon swim course from Safety Beach to Sorrento on Victoria's iconic Mornington Peninsula. Swim distances include 6km, 12km and 24km. The swim is held annually on the second Saturday in February.
 
Upcoming event date is Saturday 14th February 2026, Valentines day.
Join us for the "Love swim"
First wave 24km swimmers will head off at 6:50am from Safety Beach with further waves leaving on approximately 20-minute intervals including team relays. 12km swimmers will start from approximately 9:30am from Capel sound.
